How to install Resilient Channel

ASC has engineered the IsoWall System by adding low frequency sound damping to resilient channel. If you are unfamiliar with how to install resilient channel, please visit the USG website, register (its free), and view the Gypsum Construction Handbook.

Iso-Wall ready for sheetrock application. Note the
fiberglass batts are unfaced. This is because the fiberglass
is not for thermal insulation, it's for sound absorption.

Iso-Ceiling in progress. This may look complex,
but ASC makes it easy, providing all the engineering
and layout calculations, delivered with every Iso order.

Iso-Wall and Iso-Ceiling with built-in soffit. The thick
black lines are ASC Perimeter Gasket. This will be
an awsome home theater when complete.
